I mentioned, I think, that I talk to delightful people from here and there. One such person kindly gave me a comfortable bed in a small town near Annecy in Savoie near the lake right under the Alps. The image above is taken in the early morning.









The clouds in the morning play lovely tricks with light. Makes a person consider whether textiles, watercolors, or oils is the proper medium for expressing the magnificence.
















As the day progresses the light keeps changing.
