\0/ \0/ \0/ \0/ Almost Done

I thought since the Spider is working so hard behind the scenes and I've been working so much at my desk, it was time to begin showing you some of the images I brought from Alsace. Liepvre was a villiage that grew in the nineteenth century as the silver mines brought work. Now, the Val d'Argent is better known for the Carrefour du Patchwork.
My friend, Marion, and I went walking on the back streets away from the tour buses. One of the things we saw was this Datura. I am quite surprised that an area that gets three metres of snow in the winter can still support a semi tender plant. I saw banana trees in the same town but did not have my camera at hand on that walk.
