The Community Foundation for Southern Arizona seeks a bilingual/bicultural Community Philanthropy Associate to carry out Ford Foundation grant activities focused on under-served minority artists. Responsibilities include coalition building, fundraising, donor relations, grantmaking, and event planning. Prev. exp. (3+ yrs), a college degree, and knowledge of the arts/cultural sector and issues facing minority artists in southern Arizona a plus.
