Fractured Atlas seeks proposals for online courses to include in Fractured U., its online resource for continuing education for artists, arts administrators, and other creative professionals. Fractured U., a service of Fractured Atlas, was launched because there is a lack of managerial training amongst artists who have become de facto administrators for themselves or for arts organizations. Additionally, administrators have expressed a need for continued education that will allow them to hone their skills, keeping them competitive in a rapidly changing environment. Currently, the first three courses offered by Fractured U. are available to the public and can be accessed at http://courses.fracturedatlas.org/.
